Harrow Council along with a number of local voluntary sector organisations have come together to form a partnership to support Harrow residents through financial difficulties and other difficulties caused by the pandemic.
This response is to create a borough-wide, co-ordinated approach to support residents who are unable to access support, advice or food supplies
